It’s a very professional company with great customer service. You definitely get what you pay for. The man that cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable about his job and was also very friendly and helpful on what decisions to make.
Great costumer service and pet friendly
The actual carpet cleaning was excellent. Unfortunately, every other aspect of the transaction was sub-standard.
I still have received no invoice or receipt or any other document that suggests that you were ever here. I was assured by the serviceman (who had absolutely no documentation) that I would have documents via E-mail within an hour.
When the serviceman arrived, he was alone and informed me that he could not move any item of furniture and could only clean around the furniture. When I suggested that we could move an item and then place it on styrofoam blocks, he informed me that he had already used all his blocks that day, and that I was just out of luck.
The serviceman was polite and worked diligently on the carpet that he was able to get to without moving anything.

Very friendly technician. Carpets looked better but were very crunchy afterwards. We had the carpets cleaned for company coming to town so it was very disappointing to have an awful texture to our normally soft carpets.
The tech insisted that a small spot in one bedroom was urine. Both my husband and myself told him there was no way and there was no urine smell anywhere in the house. This spot was most likely from a spill of some liquid by the grandkids and dirt added to it over time. It had been there for a couple of years. still it is noted on invoice as urine. The spot came up with no apparent problem.
Other wise, we have no complaints at this point. We will see how it holds up after a few weeks.

No chemicals
I called Zerorez based on a neighbor's positive experience. When you called 2 days before cleaning to confirm the time, it had changed from 10 AM to 4 PM. Finally agreed on 11 AM. No technician at 11. Called at 12 and was told it was a 2 hour window from 11-1. This was the first I'd heard of this "window". The tech didn't arrive until almost 2PM. He was very polite, but worked super quickly (probably because he was off his schedule by a few hours). He probably spent 20 minutes total doing 4 rooms & hall. I had to remind him about my complimentary 100 SF of steam cleaning for tile. I couldn't get a firm price at time of scheduling, but felt comfortable enough with the approximate $180 I'd been told. I was a bit surprised by the $220 total, especially considering the short amount of time actually spent cleaning. I've never seen anyone whisk a carpet cleaning head so quickly. My carpet looks good, but it was barely soiled to begin with. For $220, I'd expect that at least the traffic lanes would have been given more attention, for a good "show", if nothing else. All in all, I don't believe I received much value for the $220. I'm embarrassed to tell anyone how much I paid for what I received. After the 3 hour delay, I was ready to cancel the appointment, but I had already turned my place upside down in preparation for the cleaning, so kept the appointment.
