Results and technician.

The tech did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet and kitchen tile !!! Our home smells really fresh and clean!!! I told friends today at a luncheon about how happy I am about my experience.

I submitted my survey from the text you sent last night. I had spots that were not cleaned up (like rubber stuck to the floor, corners and behind doors were not cleaned, varying color grout in a few areas (that was never varying before), small pieces of furniture were not moved. I have pictures if anyone is interested in speaking with me.

My initial call was less than impressive because I got the feeling I was getting in the way of his work, making me a little apprehensive about the work, but when the technician came I changed my mind because he was very professional and explained what he was going to do and wanted to know if I had any questions about anything. I was amazed at the difference in the carpet after he finished because I didn't think it could be cleaned very well. I appreciated that I didn't have to worry about scratches and scrapes on the woodwork because he was very attentive to detail. I will use Zerorez again. I am only sorry I didn't get the technicians name because I would request him for the work.

The technician didn't move any light furniture (I.e. a desk chair with wheels) unless I told him to do so. He also didn't clean under the desk (a high desk with a lot of space underneath) because he said he didn't know if I wanted him to because he said there was s computer under the desk. It was a small computer far off to the side.

He was very passive and didn't ask me any questions. He waited for me to find out what he had not done and follow up with him (i.e. he wasn't planning on cleaning the hall because he said he didn't know if I wanted it cleaned). I most definitely wanted the hall cleaned.

He also didn't put any plastic under any of the furniture he cleaned under. I didn't realize I was the one who had to tell him to put plastic under things he had cleaned.

I was very sold on Zerorez because of the technician who had cleaned our carpets in February of this year. Now, I'm not so sure.

No chemicals used. Techs were very nice.

THE CARPET SEEMS VERY CLEAN

I did not expect to see the results we got on our very soiled carpet, I was pleased with the result. Also, I loved the perks of the tile cleaning and the (if it is received) the gift certificate. All just a nice bonus.

The carpets were cleaned better than I expected. Really did a good job on getting the pet stains out and removed all of the traffic area dirt really well. I was contemplating new carpet but did this as a last resort to see if it could be saved and they look great. The stain removal wasn't cheap, but it was much cheaper than new carpet. Thanks again.

I would just like to say the quality of the service was beyond great, I had every type of stains from gum, oils , colored-markers , food, drinks and much more in my light colored carpet and after the cleaning it looked good as new!! Before the service I was sure the carpet needed replacing but I thought to give it shot with Zerorez first and I'm happy I did, I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone. Also on that note the gentlemen that serviced my house was very informative, extremely polite and did a great job and I would like upper management to know that if he is ever in review for a raise or promotion he really deserves it he is a keeper!

I thought my tech Derrick was professional, did a strong job, and was sociable.

Very nice and accommodating...l had to change the appointment a couple times...employee was knowledgeable, friendly and finished quickly

The technicians were courteous and on time! They made sure to throughly go over what my expectations and needs were and did a great job at explaining the cost breakdown. Once they processed the payment they got busy cleaning my couches and concluded with my entire flooring in the house. I could not believe the attention to detail with the couch and flooring. When all was said and done the floors and couch looked brand new! The smell was clean and not overwhelming. Overall I am very pleased and will continue to use them for any future cleaning needs.

Technician had a great personality and the carpets look wonderful. He was very
thorough in the way he performed the service and the carpets dried quickly. No
soggy carpets to worry about for hours afterward. Excellent job!!
