He also was very honest about the odor problem in my apartment..... it wasn't the carpet. (But very glad anyway that I had them cleaned; they look brand new!) It was from at least 3 years' worth of the previous renter's cooking with curry! I never would have guessed, but Joe knew it the minute he stepped through the door. Now that's experience for you! I was taken back when I saw on the invoice you sent by email, that my carpet was described as well worn, which it is not.....This, to me, was an excuse as to why it did not clean up as well in certain areas. I understand being an off-white carpet, it will be hard to keep clean, especially in the high traffic areas. When he asked me to come inspect an area that he had just finished, I felt the high traffic area needed to be done some more, because it still showed some gray area, which he did. I came up a little more. Then I asked if he could do better along the baseboard which showed some grey. He did, a little more came up. Then I asked why he did not poke at the impressions in the carpet left by furniture legs. He said no, those will be permanent. I believe that is what he said. Then I said, I am sorry but I believe that Dalworth did a better job. Then I believe I said everything is okay, just finish up. What can you do to make things right? Give me some of my money back!!!!
