I am very happy that no chemicals were used. He did say he sprayed with plant roots and orange peel solution and the water temp was over 200degrees. The carpets look really good.
I am sure the water in the truck was very black from my carpets. I have had them cleaned with chemicals so hopefully it picked up all that residue as well.

Hired zero Rez to remove a few stains on carpet and treatment did not remove any of them. To make it right, I would try harder to get stains removed or refund part of the fees.

Our Technician Johnathan was great! He went over our home thoroughly and recommended a solution based on our needs.He had a positive attitude and educated us on the process in which he was performing. I am very pleased with the results and felt good about the price. We had pet urine and pet smell that is no longer present. We will definitely call again if needed in the future.

well the idea of zero cleaning solution or chemicals remain in the fibers, whatever your claim is, I like that.

Tech Jeff was very careful and meticulous in his cleaning; he even set up corner protectors at doorways. He was disappointed that he was unable to remove 20+ year old ink stains! I think that's pretty dedicated to your job! All my carpets look fantastic, including the ones that are 30 yr. old, and I love walking on the soft carpet with my bare feet. This was my first ZeroRez treatment, and I'll definitely call them the next time!

Last Saturday I purchased a $1500 air purifier from your company, which I was told would be delivered the same day. As of today, I still have not received anything and have received absolutely no communication from your company. I just called and spoke with someone named Rigo (spelling?) who was incredibly unhelpful and couldn't have cared less about the issue. He told me no one was there and to call back Tuesday. When I told him "I spent $1500 on a product that's a week late and you won't help me?" he put me on hold and then came back and said he'd checked and I needed to call back on Tuesday to schedule delivery. I asked him why he couldn't have checked in the first place and he said "no one was here but I had to ask someone." My response: "So no one is there...but you had to ask someone?" So either he was lying that no one was there or he just didn't want to help me. Add this to the fact that after leaving a good review on Facebook, I found that my carpets and tile weren't cleaned behind doors and that large areas of the carpets themselves were left uncleaned, and I'm livid. I'm disgusted by this service and won't be using ZeroRez again.

I liked the cleaning service, they were prompt professional and exceeded my expectations.
Also used no chemicals and hence the house did not smell ant detergents.

The people! Yes my floors look great but that's only because everyone treated my small job like it was a job at their own home. Very refreshing and awesome! The customer service from my initial call down to the hand shake when the job was finished was superb! Very informative, courteous, on time and thorough personnel. Oh, and the 40 year old carpet looked and smelled amazingly well, too. I would highly recommend ZEROREZ.
