The young man that came did an excellent job. Explained what he would recommend. Showed up on time. From talking to others the initial price is a gimmick and once they are in your house you are given choices and the initial price is the base. Probably the nature of the business. I did go over my notes and I forgot to make sure that I got the 100 sq feet of tile and grout that was included in the offer I booked
Again the tech was excellent and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. If I recommend I will tell the person to make sure you get everything in the offer and be prepared that the initial price is a bare minimal price

The cost compared to other companies was a bit higher...and the end results of the carpet cleaning was about the same..I actually had some crunchy areas of the carpet once it dried not sure why.

My service tech was very gracious and knowledgeable! He did a great job on the carpet of my new home! I was considering purchasing new flooring until he worked on the carpet, and now it looks like new. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Zerorez scores again! Besides expertly cleaning our carpets this time, we had them clean our hardwood floors and then apply a new polyurethane layer. We had not had our hardwood floors cleaned professionally in 17 years. Yikes! What an amazing change and yes, the stuff that was removed was amazing too...yuck.
Every person we have had in our home from Zerorez over the years has been great, very professional, and easy to work with. However, the man who tackled our list of to-dos this time, Darwin, was/is an 11.

Each and every service technician that has ever come out is thorough, professional and courteous. I love that the carpets are cleaned with no chemicals.
I had several spots on my carpet downstairs and on the top stair that the guy in May left so I mentioned him to the guy that just came here a couple days ago and he got rid of the ones downstairs but the two on my top stair he couldn't get rid of. I don't understand why.
The technician who came to my house was just fantastic! I appreciated him explaining everything so thoroughly including the reason why you all don’t have to use harmful chemicals. He was very professional, hardworking, and friendly. He definitely went above and beyond.

Kudos to Aaron Sissom, who provided excellent service!! He was very knowledgeable about the Zerorez technology, offered suggestions about how to keep our carpet clean, stated other services your company offered without being pushy and did NOT do a rush job in cleaning our carpet.
