The young man, Robert I believe was his name, was early, very polite, and knew his task and got to the task. He performed a more thorough job than the last tech that came out the last time. He did all we asked and expected and even cleaned a pillow on the couch.
This is about the 4th or 5th time we have use your service and have recommended it to several of our family and friends and now even our Church.

Great service
We spent several hours removing furniture from my living room, den and computer room. The only item remaining was a file cabinet. I spent more time cleaning base boards, window sills, and thoroughly vacuuming. I had 3 spots, 4-7 inches in diameter, and clear traffic patterns with one more heavily soiled from the garage entry. I had high expectations, but was left underwhelmed when it was all dry. I can still see all 3 spots and the heavier soiled traffic area is lighter. However, I think I did a better job with a rented steam cleaner from Kroger on the bedroom side of the house, with the original carpet from when the house was built.
Th technician was polite, explained the process and the treated water, and worked steadily. He showed the lint-like balls from the first process. He also showed a hallway line where the left was lighter than the right (and it still is distinctly lighter on the left). He also agreed the higher traffic area was lighter, but still present. Maybe my expectations were too high for amazing results.

There were a few lightly soiled areas (traffic) that did not clean. Disappointed in that ... Waited until the areas were completely dry to inspect .

Called to report after cleaning the carpets there is a noticeable change is color thru out the area in the dinning room. I called to request a review of the problem area. No one has responded to date. Hoping for a response to the problem. thank you

I found the demonstration of pouring water onto my carpet just to show that you have a machine that sucks it up pointless and detrimental since it made the carpet wetter in that spot than it needed to be. The dogs also continued to show great interest in the spot where the guest dog had soiled the carpet, so I don't think I got anything for the extra money I paid.
I also was very disappointed that the room where I didn't pay an extra $75 to have the special machine suck up the extra water stayed wet for at least 24 hours all over and 48 hours in some spots.
Overall, I found this to be the most unsatisfactory carpet cleaning experience I've had in years. I chose your company because you were recommended by the radio personalities on 98.7, but the commercial does not match reality. I'd appreciate a response to see if you can improve the outcome. Thank you
