Aaron, the technician / personnel who cleaned the carpets was very professional and through in explaining the process and giving a brief demonstration. He worked continuously without a break and finished the cleaning in a reasonable time with good results. He took care to protect our walls and home. He did an outstanding job.

I loved my service tech, Garrett. He showed me examples of what the products can do for pet stains as well as other stains, showed me stains I could not see, and answered all of my questions and was very honest and professional. He explained what Zerorez means. The carpet is over 12 years old and looks great after cleaning. I am amazed! I rec'd. a free tile cleaning and am so pleased with how that area of tile is now white again!!! The ladies I spoke with over the phone were very knowledgeable about the company, the services provided and handled the booking and coupon right over the phone. Coupon used was by Valpak just for your information. I have already recommended Zerorez to 2 of my friends and have recommended that they ask for Garrett specifically. I am a very happy customer and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Quick and very helpful.
When someone pays to have area rugs cleaned (in our case we paid over $1,000 for this service), the people that bring the cleaned rugs back need to cover their shoes. This didn’t happen and the guys tracked dirt all over my rug pad (that goes under my area rug) when they tried to position the rug.
The technician Brian did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the best cleaning we have had from other companies.

My technician's name was Garrett. I can't tell you how pleased I was with him and will always ask for him in the future. He was personable, knowledgeable and polite. He knows what he is doing and did an excellent job making ourt carpet look like new. An extra bonus was also having 100 sf of tile done in our kitchen. I have only used Zerorez one time before but they will forever be the business that I use for carpet cleaning. I would recommend them without hesitation and also Garret. If I could give him more than a 10, I would. Thank you.

We were very disappointed and inconvenienced when the service man didn't show up when he was supposed to and had to reschedule for the following day. We had placed all of our small items, chairs, tables, etc. on our beds, in our bathtubs and in our kitchen. We had to move these item so we could sleep, bathe and eat..... pick them back up again.
