Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about process, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job on my carpets. Very pleased with results. Thank you.
Finley was very efficient in handling our situation . . . orange colored oil spilled by the electrician. What a mess!
He made sure all the oil was removed all the way to the *roots* of our off-white carpet, explaining each process as it took two or three different types of cleaning to throughly remove all the oil. I did call Zerorez the day it occurred.
The representative called to inform us when the technician was on the way as she had promised.
We were very pleased with the results and like that there were no chemicals used. You will be getting a call from Bob Dobson ( who is a friend) to make an appointment.

I decided to try again because of the Rangers tickets and the man who did my carpets was wonderful! He took his time used different products to assist stain removal and he actually cared about the service he was performing!! He was incredible! God bless him!! We needed that kind of service!

I’ve had no managerial follow up regarding my tile cleaning despite calling and emailing the representative as requested. The original tile cleaning I received was horrible. You guys sent the same guy back out to try and fix the issue and all he had was excuses. I’ve used Zerorez multiple times and always been pleased until this latest visit. My tile has always looked fantastic before. Very dissatpointed!

I like how the carpet looks and feels after the cleaning. The house smells fresh. There were several old stains from corners and high traffic areas and I had been concerned whether the stains would come out and was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to make those areas look so good. I also had the ductwork cleaned and the house overall smells so much fresher.
Great customer service. My carpet is like new. Carpet was try in a matter of hours and no chemical smell or odor. Great service. Will use them again.

scheduling was way too hard. I was told I would be scheduled Monday and they'd call 24 hours prior to give me a two hour window. No one called. I called them on Monday and was told I was already scheduled for 2-4 (that would have been good to know prior to Monday). So I said ok. Then I get a phone call at 12:30 saying he's on his way. I said but I'm scheduled 2-4 and she says oh no you're scheduled 11-1. Seriously people? So I had to rush home from work to meet the guy at my house.
Then once he got started, he said that the closet in my guest room would be an extra $15 - I was not told this when I scheduled. I said well ok. Then he gets to the small landing at the top of my stairs and says this will cost extra - I said no way - that I had definitely mentioned a landing when I scheduled and no one said it cost extra. At this point I was not a happy camper.
The good news is that the guy did a great job on all areas - HE was amazing. The company was NOT amazing.
Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable. And he did a great job.
I really like to have Zerorez clean homes for me whenever I can because of how reliable they are and how courteous they are to my clients!

Been a customer for over 10yrs & have never had a bad cleaning. My wife has bad allergies and cannot handle heavy fragrances. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner that we can use.
