I especially liked our technician, Gabriel. He advised the procedure, the special liquid that was used and questioned if we had any 'pet spots'. Gabriel was very clear about the time of fully drying after cleaning.

He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the job he had completed. He is very proud and thorough with his work. His enthusiasm for his job and company was definitely a plus.

I was not very satisfied with the scheduling process. It does not make much sense to me or seem to be concerned about making the customer happy. The technician was proficient and helpful; however everything else with the appointment was a headache. Come up with a better way to serve customers. Having customers only know the service window 2-3 days is awful. More time is needed. Then I was given a window for service and that was busted. The technician didn’t arrive until almost a hour past the END of the window.

Prompt, stayed on schedule.

Had expected the carpet to look better. Time to check the competition on our next requirement for results and workmanship.....

We have used Zerorez for years. We have always had very good service from the Representative on the phone, to the contact info to let me know when they are coming, to the Technicians who come to the home to do the work. We have never had a bad experience and all of the Technicians that we have had have done a GREAT job! They have all been courteous, helpful, informative, and have done a great job servicing us.

We don't use anyone else. GREAT Company!!

Technician was friendly and thorough. Very pleased with service.

The technician was fine but it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. I was left on hold forever (the two times I called). I ended up booking on line and after filling out how many rooms, rugs, etc that I wanted cleaned, I was quoted $133. When your technician showed up the quote jumped to over $600. That is ridiculous and of course I did not pay that much. I don't believe you are an honest company and not sure that my carpets are really much better than before you came out. I will very hard pressed to recommend this company
