Jonathan explains the cleaning process with the Empowered Water. The Empowered Water is amazing and removed every stain on my rugs. Your cleaning process is outstanding. I have used another company in the past and they weren't able to remove all the stains.
I have also referred ZeroRez and recommended Jonathan to a friend in my area.

Great service and good workmanship
It looks like the technician used dirty water to clean with, when he left the carpet was wet and the dirty streaks were not visible. The next morning on inspection I noticed some dirty places in the master bedroom (that carpet is one year old) and dirty streaks in another small bedroom, the den looked awful, I took pictures, called and you sent another technician on Thursday. He tried to remedy the dirty streaks and definitely cleaned the carpet in master bedroom and smaller bedroom, the den still has some dirty streaks. I realize the den carpet is old but these dirty streaks were not there before. I have not had the energy to try this a third time.

The technician that came this last time was very nice to my Mom and went the extra mile.
The first time we use the service our carpets dried in a matter of hours. This time we had our carpets cleaned on Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. and it is Thursday evening and we still have wet spots in our master bedroom carpet. I'm not sure what the difference was but the carpet does look clean and it definitely smells better than it did because we have a dog. The tile cleaning looks really great. Our technician was courteous and helpful and informative.

First, you didn't clean my carpets.
Second, you tried to charge me $175 over quoted price.
Third, you called me to tell me you want to try and make things right and then you never called me back to follow through on anything.
Also during our first call you disclosed to me that your employee that came out to my home never even followed your standard protocol for cleaning.
So you folks TELL ME How you are going to make things right when you don't even return phone calls.

I love the science of cleaning process! Great results on carpet and hard surface floors. I believe it's a little high $ for hard surface flooring.

While dispatch was a bit of trouble to deal with, our tech (Desmond) was awesome. Carpets looked and felt like new after he was finished.

Professional. Did a great job. Some of the high traffic areas did not come as clean as I anticipated, so I was a bit disappointed in that. I understand not using chemicals, but it does seem like some extra "soap" or similar pre-treatment and scrub may have done a better job.
