Payed too much for grout clean after it dried it didn’t look much different then when he started cleaning it. Not much improvement

I am pleased after the second treatment. The first treatment did not take care of our issues with spots and pet smells, so we called for the technician to come back.
The major reason I called zerorez was to clean carpet that was only a couple of years old, but that an old dog had recently taken to using as her personal potty spot. I paid for the extra treatment, but i can still catch a whiff of the old odor. Sometimes I just catch a whiff of a chemical smell and others the urine odor. I delayed responding to this request because I really don't like being critical, but the fact is I'm just not happy with the results no matter how many candles or air fresheners I use.
I think the pricing is very reasonable and the service was thorough. I also liked that the company made the appointment time convenient for business operation. Thank you!
Very satisfied with the cleaning that was performed on our 7-year old carpet. The technician was very professional, addressed all my concerns, and told me what I could expect. REally lvoed that tile cleaning was performed for free as part of the special they were running! Zerorez breathed new life into my carpet and tile floors!

Jonathan did a great job, especially all by himself. What a difference! (Took longer than I thought to dry--more like 24 hours than 4-6.) My dog is already happily rolling on the clean carpet. And my kitchen floor looks like new!

I don't believe the service lived up to the hype. Just another carpet cleaning company except with the annoying attempts for constant upsale. I've used several carpet cleaning companies and I just wasn't impressed by this one
While everyone knows technicians are supposed to upsell, I literally had one pet stain I wanted out, maybe 4"X 2". The charge for treating that one stain was $75, which I opted out of. It didn't come out with the cleaning, so I'm still left to do it myself. I also have one area rug that he quoted me $350 to take, have cleaned, and delivered. Seriously, I could buy 2 of them for that price. These prices are ridiculous.

The tech I had was excellent...arrived within my 2 hr window...manors n grace...got my job done...my carpets look like new...after training my Tasmanian Devil Yorkie...I have had other companies in the past can't hold a candle to zerorez...This is the first time for us with zerorez...n first time with our new carpet being cleaned since installed in Jan. 2014...I am pickie...and will call zerorez again n tell all my friends n family...
