Tyler was so professional and explained all of my options re: the pet stains that I had. He did an amazing job and I was very pleased with the end result. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet cleaning
My technician was excellent! Our dog, unbeknownst to us, had been using our Master closet as his potty and peeing in there. The technician found this using a black light and encapsulated all the dried urine and removed it all! Our closet carpet now smells great and looks brand new again! The tech also cleaned the carpet in our master bedroom, study and the tile in our master bathroom and it ALL looks like new! I was amazed!

Dante is great. The other two guys I had here before didn't do even half the job that Dante did. And he's a new hire. I had my doubts about calling Zerorez again since your guys never got the spots out in four or five different places in my carpet but yet I wanted to give you one more chance. Dante Thomas was able to get the spots out, do a great job on the carpet and on my floor and dry it so I was able to put my furniture back on the same day. The other guys lift it so wet that I had to wait until the next day to put my furniture back. So I would recommend you again but only if you have someone like Dante coming out and doing the work. The other guys left the carpet wet and like I said, with numerous spots.
The technician explained every step of the process and wanted to make sure I understood everything involved.

I like it that you do a deep clean with pet treatment extras, anyone can shine the black light and tell you where the bad areas are, but your guys do a soak treatment to get out the smell and residue of these areas. Robert was very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and completed the job in good time.
