Everyone I interacted with at Zerorez was professional, courteous and my carpet looks fabulously GREAT! I had two, back to back, experiences with carpet cleaning services before calling Zerorez. Initially, I felt like their prices were a little high so decided to go the 'cheaper route!' But after trying for 5 weeks to get my carpets cleaned, I called Zerorez! The 'cheaper route' ended up costing me time and money...still trying to get my money back from one purchased through Groupon! Not to mention a lot of headaches and frustration! Trust me $20 more is worth it. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Jeff Krewson was the man who came to our house. He was wonderful. He explained what he was doing and why. I would definitely use your company again, especially if we could have Jeff.
No chemicals!!! My carpets are better than when they were new. Tom Anderson did a fantastic job.
They came back and did a redo of 2 areas. I asked for Gabriel to come back because he was so good the first time and they sent him!!!

Zerorez has cleaned our home 4 times in the last year! As a repeat customer, with obvious loyalty, I would hope that the next time I call for an appointment, I am treated like a repeat.
Didn't get my tile our gift certificate on Fathers Day Special
Spots in carpet came back in game room. Thought Zerorez could get out everything. Called Zerorez back and they said if I had them redone it would be an extra charge, always the extra charge.... don’t know if I will use Zerorez again. Could offer a little bonus once in awhile.
A good job getting out most of the stains, but some he did not get out and the carpet is only about 5 years old.
