Experienced technicians
I liked that the stains came out of the carpet.
I called to have the pet urine removed from my carpet. The technicians were good and courteous. When they left I thought the smell was gone. I kept the family dog in his kennel overnight. The next morning the smell had noticeably returned and the carpet seemed dingy. For the amount of money I paid and the radio hype I expected more. I also discovered that the $75 a gallon of fluid Zerorez uses is actually an enzyme which you can purchase at any hardware store for half that amount. In closing its my belief I overpaid for an inferior service. To be honest I don’t know what Zerorez could do to make it right. I don’t have the time or inclination to waste another day cleaning carpet.
They do a high quality cleaning and they do it rather quickly.
The service man was so professional and friendly. Determined to do a good job and satisfy my expectations. Excellent service and he did a great job.

Clean and efficient your service Personnel move furniture for me as I am in my 70s and I can't move even an armchair. Your quick response to asking for an appointment is wonderful I've never had a bad representative of your company clean my carpet very accommodating and appreciated.
be more accurate on arrival times. our baseboards bubbled up after the cleaning upstairs so we will have to sand and repaint

JONATHAN!!! What a NICE person you sent to my house to clean my carpets!!! I’ve had other people clean my carpets before but he really worked. I think Jonathan did a FANTASTIC job and he was very polite and very nice. He also told us about the other services your company offers and we didn’t know about them. We don’t need them right now, but you never know. I was willing to pay for more than I’d planned on because he showed me with his light where urine was and he didn’t pressure me...I appreciated that very much. I will use your company again and hopefully Jonathan will clean my carpets again...and show me pictures of his Main Coon cat!!!

Did a good job even though he arrived late
Although we understand what a room is. It's a little unfair in a small residence that have a small dining/living room as the same room which is most likley smaller than someone's entire living area. Having to pay for +$40 for a additional room does or which is also like 6 swipes of the extractor wand and they are done. I like your service, but may have to consider going back to Stanley Steemer to keep my fixed cost in line with my budget.

My carpet is finally clean. I used other services and it wasn’t even close to clean.
Didn't get all the stain that I wanted/expected. But it is certainly better than it was. And the cost was quite a bit higher than I expected!
