In the two experiences we have had with Zerorez, you were very disorganized. A year ago a tech came out and cleaned our carpets and at the end asked if we had a check for him or needed an invoice. I requested an invoice. A few months later, we had still not received one. I reached out to the company and finally was emailed one.
This time I had an estimate done again because we had different rooms we wanted cleaned. Apparently it was at a busy time, which I understand, but I gave them the days that would be best for me, and the guy was going to check the schedule and get back to me. He did not. I had other things to take care of and knew he had said the schedule was busy, but three weeks later, I still had not heard, so I reached out. Finally we got a tech out here.
In the end in both cases, things worked out - eventually, so things do not "need to be made right." Your company just seems very disorganized, and I'm not sure we will be using Zerorez next time.
Technician was very thorough and cared about doing a good job. We had a pet issue and he made the carpet like new.
How well it cleans and the thoroughness of the technician
The gentleman that performed the work was very professional, informative and really cared about the customer satisfaction. He also did an outstanding job cleaning with great attention to detail. We are very happy!

I think if your carpet isn’t very dirty this is fine. We didn’t have spots just didn’t look a whole lot different when it was done and I missed having a clean scent

The service technicians are ALWAYS caring and thorough. They always speak highly of the company, which is refreshing today. The service is reasonably priced and is done in a timely manner.
Darwin did a great job. My wife way so happy with the stains and grime he was about to remove from our carpet. We need to get him on a schedule so are carpets can always look this good.

No chemicals
I love the service Zerorez provides from customer service scheduler to the technician that comes to my rent homes. Always professional and fits in my schedule. They also provide a service should life happens and I have to reschedule. They make the whole process very hassle free.
