The actual process of cleaning the carpet was great. Where I would say you could use most improvement is communication. When I booked online, at the end of the booking session it just takes you back to the blank booking page. (Poor website). You get no immediate feedback (whether by email or on the web page itself) that your appointment was booked. I had to call the next day and ask if the appointment had been booked. I almost gave up and called another company.

Fast and trusting
Unbelievably expensive. It didn’t work. I had to get another company to come in and to do the job y’all failed for less than half the price. Plus you all cancelled on me the first time. It’s been a long time since I felt so ripped off. You could give me my money back if you rally want to make it right.
