This is the second time I use your services and my carpets stay clean for a longer period of time. Gabriel was polite and efficient. He explained very clearly and carefully the cleaning of dog urine and why I should do the treatment which I did. The carpets look very nice and the cleanest they have ever been since using your services!

Our technician was fast, courteous and professional. I was just sure that certain stains would show up the next day after drying and guess what? They didn’t! I am very happy with the results! I am waiting for a grout and tile “special” to get the rest of my tile done!
Charles was friendly and professional. He did a great job. I'm not 100% happy becasue the price of deep cleaning to remove pet odor was more than I could pay. Deep cleaning is WAY to expensive.
Great service
My carpet is clean, but it looks like it has stripes everywhere. I've never had this problem with other carpet cleaners before. It was cleaned a second time to resolve the problem, but it must be in the process you use because even though both our technicians seemed more than knowledgeable, efficient & capable, the damage is still there.
I like that the Zerorez cleaning regimen does not involve the use of soap where soapy residue can be left in your carpet. Instead, they pretreat your carpet with an environmentally friendly stain remover /degreaser. Then they message it over the carpet with a speacial buffer machine which lifts up the carpet fibers and looses the dirt. The dirt is then removed by a high pressure water application and extraction process. Also, what''s neat about their "buffer" machine is that it loosens up the hidden pet hair in the carpet left behind after vaccuming. Wow!!

On Time arrival can be improved significantly. We were scheduled 10.30 am but no news until 1 pm. We called and they told it would be 2.30 pm, and takes 2-3 hrs, which is too late with our kids school schedule. Had to reschedule for next day, which forced me to stay home for second day
Quality work and workman
Randy did a great job. We have carpet throughout and it came out beautiful.
Been a customer for over 10yrs & have never had a bad cleaning. My wife has bad allergies and cannot handle heavy fragrances. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner that we can use.

Finley was very efficient in handling our situation . . . orange colored oil spilled by the electrician. What a mess!
He made sure all the oil was removed all the way to the *roots* of our off-white carpet, explaining each process as it took two or three different types of cleaning to throughly remove all the oil. I did call Zerorez the day it occurred.
The representative called to inform us when the technician was on the way as she had promised.
We were very pleased with the results and like that there were no chemicals used. You will be getting a call from Bob Dobson ( who is a friend) to make an appointment.

I decided to try again because of the Rangers tickets and the man who did my carpets was wonderful! He took his time used different products to assist stain removal and he actually cared about the service he was performing!! He was incredible! God bless him!! We needed that kind of service!
