Angelo, the technician who came to our home was efficient, explained exactly what he was doing and was very polite and knowledgeble. Even though all the stains didn't come up, he explained why and was reasonable.
There were a couple of spots that did not come out and it seemed the carpet was pretty wet...also the tile job was very wet and dangerous....3 hours later, I had to take a towel and dry the floor so no-one slipped and fell....
One last thing...I was NOT called prior to arrival as I was promised.
I really like Anthony who was the technician who worked at my house. He did a great job

However, very poor handling of the setup of appointment, understanding what the customer was asking in advance by phone call to insure that zerorez does the work needed and what cost would be. Cannot quote one price and show up and change amount due to four times more! Long delay in work getting underway as the office dealt with this matter.

I was really impressed with Zerorez. I called them and they came out the next day!! They got all the stains out of my carpet and cleaned the kitchen tile that I didn't even know it was that dirty!

It took 3 visits to clean my carpet due to faulty equipment.
This is thw original carpet. The only company that cleaned it is zerez. And the carpet looks sharp
Ensure the arrival time is better coordinated. I was called the day before by someone indicating service personnel would be on-site between 1:00pm and 3:00pm, with a 30 minute advance call. I received a call the next morning at 8:30 saying the service person would be on-site at 9:12am.
The carpet cleaning itself appears to have been successful.
