The service was fine. The tech was great. I have pets and really bad odors which I paid money to treat and it did no good at all. I didn’t expect them to be 100 % gone but hoped for some improvements.
Quick response, nice technician, no residue left behind. Just wish the “pet stain” removal costs were discussed when I made the appointment.

Your sales agent was not familiar with the process .. she asked me to ask the technician. The tech, while great to talk to, wasn't able to explain the estimate clearly the first time. Also, the floor would have been nicer if it had multiple of coats of stain and poly.
Quality of the final floor was acceptable at best. This would have been fine for minor floor wear, but may not recommend this when the wood floors have a lot of wear.
All spots were removed. Technician was very professional, courteous, and friendly.
