I was not satisfied with my initial service. Not only did I receive a follow up call. Zerorez made sure my issues were addressed. I was pleasantly surprise they even responded to my frustration. I am more than satisfied with the resolution. It’s important to do business with companies who care about the customer’s experience and bend over backwards to satisfy. I will definitely use ZeroRez in the future and refer them without hesitation.

Anthony was so professional and explained everything in detail that he was doing and what he did. He was so courteous. It was relatively quick too. He was able to get out some pretty large and small stains that had been there awhile! We have 3 little kids so you can imagine what all is on our carpet :(

The times I have used Zerorez I have been very pleased. I like it because you do not use chemicals for cleaning. The techs that have been here have always been courteous and helpful. The last tech seemed to really care about hat he was doing and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the job.. I was.

The men did the carpet one time and asked how it looked. It was still filthy so I had them do it again. It is still filthy. I cancelled the check I paid with. It is that bad.

I am confused about the pricing. You ran a 3 rooms 99 dollar special but I only had two rooms and got charged more. Doesnt make sense to me.

I was so excited to try zerorez... we try to live a life free of chemicals and was thrilled to find a provider that operates as such. Unfortunately it didn’t turnout how I hoped. The work was done with very little effort and my carpets look the same prior to being cleaned... there are two major spots that have not been removed, and instead of offering a solution (spot treatment) all we were told was “ you’re carpets are just worn out we can’t really do much more”. There was no context or further explanation. Had I know that they needed to be replaced and not cleaned that’s what I would’ve done. I called and spoke with a service rep and let I was specific about the fact that I was dissatisfied with the work of the first technician and was told a different tech would come out to re-evaluate... yet the same tech was sent back and had an entire back and forth about how nothing can really be done. I called out one of the larger spots he cleaned and how you could clearly see it was stained and he insisted “it’s just worn out”. It was a different color all together. When I pay for someone to do a service I would like to leave from that transaction with guidance or education. Otherwise I could’ve DIY’d this or went with another provider. I hope this can be rectified and if those stains cannot be removed I would like my money back.

The young man (Robert) that came our house was very professional and did a great job explaining what was going to happen. He surveyed the rooms and without hesitation, started the process. We did have a couple of very soiled areas that he explained would probably not look as good as the rest of the carpet which we understood. I watched the entire process and noticed he had a lot of experience. He put those little protectors at each corner to prevent rubbing of the hose and as he worked his way out of the house removed them. I commented "ever leave one of these at a house? (rookie mistake) and he commented he did a long time ago!
The only issue we had was two of the three rooms we had cleaned the carpet swelled and looked like it needed to be re-stretched. I called and the lady that answered the phone told me to wait 24 hours after and if it didn't go back to normal to call and she would send someone out to resolve. I was happy with that answer I just wish that detail was explained earlier by an information sheet or something. It did all settle down and the carpet looks great. Thanks!

I like the 2 free Baseball tickets when do I receive them.? The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a excellent job. The price for cleaning the carpets was very reasonalble.

Outstanding service

Carpets were rather clean and stain free before zerorez. Now, they just look the same I am not seeing huge improvement. Also, they missed cleaning the risers on the stairs.
Service was great and doing business with you is easy.

They did a great job and we're eager to try to find a way to clean the stains on our dining room chair upholstery. Unfortunately the chairs were beyond help.
