I am very disappointed in your service, NOT your technician, the carpets look great. However, the tile cleaning is terrible, the grout lines look like they have not dried after 24 hours. I have a steam (Shark) cleaner that does a wonderful job with no grout line discoloration. I am in hopes I can (fix) your tile cleaning with my Shark steamer, if not I will need to hire a professional tile cleaner. Again, I am NOT pleased with you tile cleaning service! I only wish I had not taken the “free” tile cleaning “service.”

The representative was cordial, knowledgeable and took his time in cleaning my carpet. Informed me what I needed to do after the carpet was cleaned.
The product was affected. Remove strains that looked really bad.
My tile looks the same as before. It is not the techician, I think he does a great job. I cleaned my tile using baking soda and peroxide and it is cleaner than what you'll did. I love the fact that it is no chemicals but, I am just not 100% satisfied. Again, our techician did a good job, very knowledgeable and personable.

I was supposed to get a free tile and grout cleaning. He clearly didn't do it. There was still dirt and dust on the floor from when the previous tenant moved out. I was working in the backyard and didn't think I would need to watch over him. We had pet odor in the carpet and the technician recommended AGAINST a full treatment of it so, of course, we still have pet odor. And finally, I specifically told the scheduler we had 4 bedrooms, stairs, and a game room. The stairs were not on the work order and therefore not on the price quoted to me over the phone. So I got a nice little $60 surprise to have the stairs done. This was my first time to use your company. How would you make this right?
If Paul had been the first one to come out this would easily have been a 10. He did a great job and was very thoughtful and respectful of our home. Because of the original issue I honestly can't say that I would reccomend you to everyone I meet, but I can say I would recommend your service to most of them. Thank you for making it right, it is great to find a company that actually stands behind their service.
I was very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning. The carpet feels much softer, and I feel great about it being sanitized. I was also very impressed with the care and thoroughness of the technician. Thank you Zerorez!

Our technician was AWESOME!
There was a large chunk of paint taken out of our wall going up the stairs. Another dark mark was also found after the technician left. It appeared that the hoses scraped the corner of the wall and the paint was chipped down to the metal on the wall.
Also, there was a spot at the top of the stairs that reappeared.
I have submitted photos of the damage to the wall to one of the supervisors at ZeroRez.
