More than anything I truly enjoyed the gracious spirit in which the technicians worked and answered all of my questions. They took their time and in my opinion went beyond the call of duty. Edward and Victor were top notch. They worked hard to get all the stains out of the carpet. Exceptional employees!

Carpets dry quickly
My appointment was for 4pm and The tech didn’t get there until 730pm and finished at 9 pm. I had called at 426,520,618,657 and every time they said the tech will be there in 30 minutes. I was in a vacant house from 330-9 pm with no food or water. Plus you had my address wrong and my email wrong. I was highly disappointed with the service and the call center. I will not be using your service again and I should of been fully refunded back for the service. But the manager I talked to the next day only refunded me back the tile cleaning. This is a poor way of workmanship from this company and I hope that no one else gets treated like I did.
We’ve always been pleased with zerorez however with this appointment, they didn’t even try to move a dining table which was not heavy, but had a huge stain under one of the legs. We realize that they can’t move heavy furniture but expected they would move stuff that is easily moveable. We got the rain out with grocery store carpet cleaner which I guess we should’ve tried in the first place. That was frustrating for them to not even try to get the stain out.
Darwin was my technician and did an outstanding job! He cleaned our carpets and tile two years ago and I requested him again because he did such great work. He is meticulous about his work which I greatly appreciate. He is very polite and professional. I will always ask for him personally.

Carpet was left very wet in areas. This is why I have used you in the past. Carpet looks clean. It too wet.
The reason I chose Zerorez is because I am sensitive to chemicals and scented cleaning products. In addition, other cleaning processes left my carpets browned after drying (due to ph imbalance, residue, and too much moisture?). For those reasons, I have taken the time and effort to clean my own carpets for the past few years, but came up against a coffee stain that wouldn't budge no matter what I used to remove it. I appreciate that your process and products eliminate those sensitivity and discolored carpet issues and I can put my time and effort elsewhere.
Your website and phone rep gave me detailed information so that I understood the process and the products. You followed through on all terms, such as verifying my appointment 24-48 hrs. ahead, calling 1/2 hr. prior to arrival time, and the cost being exactly what was quoted.
Jamal(sp?) and Findley(sp?) were very professional and courteous. They took care not to track debris into my house and worked hard to get my carpet and floor tile looking good. They succeeded!! They made an extra effort on that coffee stain that would not budge previously; now it is barely noticeable. All other stains are completely gone. As soon as I can spare the time, I will schedule to have additional carpet cleaned, as well as some upholstery.
Zerorez has met my high expectations in all aspects: detailed product and process information, ease of scheduling, reasonable prices, thorough and helpful office staff and cleaning technicians, and (especially) a clean carpet! I will be using Zerorez in the future and have already recommended them to my mother.
