Jamal did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the cleaning process and equipment. He checked several times to see if I was happy with the results as he was cleaning our carpet and tile.

Unlike the gentleman who last did our carpets (about 2 -21/2 years ago) the fellow who came to do our carpets did a terribe. hrry-up job. They only called about 30 minutes (late in the day) to tells us he was coming. When I called about a week ago, the lady on the phone tried to sell me other services and did not enounciate clearly to unterstad her - I told her that we did not want any baseball tickets only a clean carpet job like the last time. When the man showed up to do our carpet, he tried to sell me more services and seemed amgery when I refuse to buy what he was selling. Then did a terribe hurry-up job and got out as soon as he could. He seemed in a hurry to get out rather than doing a geed job. If that is the way your doing business now we won't be calling Zerorez ever again!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
They did a great job, but I think they are too expensive. I am new to metroplex so I don’t how to judge price except with price I paid in previous town.

Both times I have used yall. The carpets have looked new. Also the technitions were on time and worked fast to get the best results. Definitely will continue to use zerorez
Prompt arrival, knowledgeable technician
I’ve used many carpet cleaning companies and after Zerorez cleaned my carpets, I won’t ever use anyone else. Professional and kind staff who takes their time and does the job right. My carpet is older and has been beaten down pretty badly. It looks brand new when they’re finished, and the bad smells are gone. It stays looking clean much longer than the competitors, too. Their prices can’t be beat for the quality of the job.
We’ve used zerorez a handful of times now for different treatments and different homes and we’ve never had any issues with them. Every tech has been great and the work is always very well done.

Fast service
Though the carpets are cleaner, when the sun came up the next morning I found a dozen blue and black scrapes along the bottom of my walls and the paint had been taken off of the bottom of nearly every wall corner. This was especially upsetting as my home was repainted last month and my house is to be put on the market in two days. I had to spend the better part of my morning running around with a paint brush.
The Technician Eric was prompt and on time polite professional knowledgeable courteous and did a fantastic job of both rectifying the problem and informing us the best course of action to take.
No harsh chemicals
This is my first time using Zerorez to come out to clean my carpet I was very impressed how well my carpets are looking. I had some stains but the carpet haven't been cleaned in a few years. Carpets look great now. I had a coffee stain. I was surprised that it came out as well as it did. The technician that came out Darwin Harrison did a real good job on my carpet I will be calling Zerorez again. Well pleased.
I like that you came back and fixed an issue with no hassle. All of the people have come have been very pleasant.
