The professional and knowledgeable service technicians; as well as their diligence to assure the client is pleased. We have utilized your services over 10 years, we wouldn't use any other carpet and tile cleaning company. Great job Paul and Matt!!

The serviceman was excellent. He did a good job and quickly and was very nice. The scheduling process is a nightmare. Clients should be able to call in and request a day and approximate time. It took three weeks for me to find a time that worked. I was told each time I spoke with someone that I couldn’t pick the time of day but that I would receive a phone call 48 hours in advance of my appointment, with a two hour window on the day of my appointment. Really?!? Even cable companies have better service than that! A carpet cleaning client should be able to call in and say, “I’d like an appointment on Tuesday between 12-2.” Maybe zerorez has grown too large, too quickly, and needs to work on their customer service policies.

Didn’t appreciate that my bill doubled from the original estimate. I received two messaages from your dispatch people asking for a call back to confirm the appointment. Neither time did the representative ask some simple questions that would’ve let me know standard rates wouldn’t apply.

I like that you do not use harsh chemicals on the carpet. When I had a problem with it or after cleaning the carpet y’all came back out and took care of the problem immediately. The tech that came out was very friendly, explained everything to me and would recommend him to anyone else
