I was invoiced for a sofa. The cleaning was for the love seat. I got the email ater the tech left or would have questioned it. When I asked the tech for an approx cost for the sofa and accent chair he said I would have to call the office. I understood that the tech would acess the work on arrival. I believe there is too much room for error. The job looked great until it dried and then we noticed not all of the stain was removed. The price was too high for the job.

We enjoyed the services, everything went great. But the men that changed our carpet dumped chemicals on our grass, and now the patch is dead. Please advise them not to do this to future clients. Thank you!
Jamal did a fabulous job, had many dirty spots and he was able to ge5 all clean. Was thinking we need to replace carpet but he made it look so good, we can put that off for a few more years. Thanks Jamal!

Initial quote for cleaning was $117 from website. After evaluating 3 rooms cleaner had a quite over $700 for cleaning deodorizing and protecting 3 rooms with a flash treatment in one area. I declined some of that. I still wound up paying almost $600 for the three rooms and the flash treatment was supposed to be a deep cleaning to discourage dogs from returning to same spot. The dogs returned to that spot the next day. I feel like the extra money for that treatment was not effective. Also not sure the extra $180 for deodorizing and protecting the two secondary rooms was not worth it. My mistake to authorize it but I won’t be using your company again.
This was the first time I went with Zerorez. A representative came and gave an estimate. For both carpet cleaning and Tiles cleaning, they have quoted around $550+. It was very expensive. Still I asked them to do the work. But after the clearning, I noticed that they did not clean the small hallway. When I asked them they said I need to pay additional $35. Since all the room has been cleaned, I need to pay extra to clean that. They did not tell me up front that they won't do the hallway. When I called the customer service, they told me to give me a call back, but they never did. I am so disappointed. I won't go with them or recommend to any of my friends.
