I can't say that I was disappointed by the service, the guy was very nice, but when he showed up at my house in an UNMARKED van. Well, that was very scary because I had no clue as to who the person was that just pulled up in front of my house. You need to mark you vehicles with your logo so that people don't get the wrong impression.

We've used ZeroRez a number of times over the years. I've watched your service get better and better. Last week the two gentleman that showed up here were pleasant, professional and they did a great job.

I scheduled Zerorez to clean two rooms and some upholstery following a different cleaning two weeks prior. I specifically asked for the same cleaning technicians because they had done a great job and had inspected the carpet and upholstery for this cleaning. I also requested a spot cleaning kit to do maintenance between services (and because a few brown spots and a gray area seemed to be visible after the carpet dried from the first cleaning). In all phone conversations it seemed clear that the previous technician (Dominique) would return and would bring a spot kit with him.
A different technician (Anthony) arrived and didn't seem to know anything about the technician request or the spot kit. However, he worked very hard and agreed to go over the few places that seemed darker after the first cleaning. He test-cleaned some upholstery and, unfortunately, it did not seem to remove the staining (this was not unexpected; I would have been very pleasantly surprised if it had, but did not expect it to). Since I was not having the upholstery done, I asked to have the hallway re-cleaned (as the third room in the 3 for $99) since it still seemed a bit dark in areas and I wanted to see if it could improve. Anthony did so, as well as the living and dining rooms that were scheduled. He also called and arranged for someone to drop off the spot kit later that afternoon.
The day following the cleaning, I could see some brown spots in the living room; I don't know if they had wicked up from the backing or were the result of some water dripping out of the wand after the cleaning process. They were not visible before or immediately after the cleaning, but my carpet is a very light color and seems to be prone to browning if water is not thoroughly extracted. I could also see a few areas that looked slightly gray, though with straight outlines to their shape (the same as in a bedroom after the first cleaning). I used the spot cleaner on these areas and then did a plain-water rinse and lots of extraction with my Bissel machine.
I basically spent the next day rinsing and extracting the entire living room, dining room and hallway because I didn't want some areas to look different than others. The water came out fairly dirty, despite the recent cleanings, but the carpet now looks overall very nice. My opinion of the 'gray areas' is that they are areas that were missed when using the carpet rake or agitator machine to apply the pre-treatment solution. It would be easy to miss areas unless you are very methodical in your cleaning pattern, since you can't see a difference until everything is done and dry. Brown patches may not have had enough moisture extracted.
That being said, I will use Zerorez again. All technicians assigned to my cleanings were polite, accommodating, and did their best to get a good result. The carpet in our home is light colored and quite old, so staining and wear will show much more than on a darker carpet. I appreciate that Zerorez is flexible to substitute a different room or different type of cleaning at the appointment, and to readdress problem areas with extra effort. In future, I will note to technicians that they need do thorough coverage with the agitator as well as the extractor and I think we'll all be happy with the results.
You refrain from using chemicals. Love the scotch guard you put on. Glad it was suggested. The guys were very personable and I was very impressed with all the technical advise one guy was giving the other in a teaching mode. There is definitely a technique. The guys were a little later than the agreed to time frame but the office called and informed me of their delay BEFORE the original time-frame had ended, which I appreciated.
Great service from an excellent technician. Your products are safe, and quite effective. The carpet hasn't looked this clean in many years!

I don’t remember the employee’s name, but he was very nice and professional. Explained everything to me. Did a spot test and explained to me how that worked. The carpet looked great when he was done! Kudos to this young man and Zerorez!!!
The technician was very professional. An alternate technician was sent because our original technician was running extremely late. Our time window was from 4-6 p.m., which I felt was a late call to begin with. The technician finally showed up after 7 p.m. (the 2nd one, the first never came). Our daughter is 4 and goes to bed between 7:30-8 p.m. Obviously that didn't happen. As for the floors, the tile and grout looked much better. We bought the house in August 2017, preowned so we don't know if the grout had been sealed previously. The cleaning took up some stains but not all which the tech explained to us. I can see a difference. Now we'll see how the sealant holds up. As a first time customer, the scheduling and timing will have me thinking twice on a second scheduling.

Timely response. Protected furniture from water & solution. Thoroughly cleaned carpet and removed all dog odors. Technician was knowledgeable and accommodating. I will use this service again.
1. I was not contacted the day prior via email/phone to be notified of the arrival time of the tech.
2. The day of the carpet cleaning I was contacted via phone and told tech on his way. This was 0830am, I was at a dentist appointment and would not have been home by the time tech arrived. When contacted I told the person on the phone I could not be home in time she said, "So you need to reschedule? Okay call when you are ready." She did not give me a chance to reschedule for that day at a later time nor did she give me the opportunity to reschedule at that time.
3. I signed up to receive Ranger tickets, I did not receive them nor did have I received a phone call back about these after leaving several messages.
4. When I called to reschedule I was told I would receive a discount for rescheduling and not receiving the notification prior to my first appointment. I would not have received anything had I not complained to the tech who did not know about the situation.
5. If it were not for your tech who cleaned my carpet I would say I would never call again. I will think twice next year before calling this company again!
