I like the product very much. The service was great except he was almost 2 hours late. I feel that is a scheduling issue a how it gets taken care of. The technician was professional and did a great job!
I really appreciate someone calling to confirm appointment and calling before to confirm time technician would be out. Very impressive customer service from the beginning to end. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly and professional. The carpet cleaning was spot on and thoroughly cleaned as requested. I will highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.
The gentlemen who came were so kind and worked very hard. The carpet cleaning was great except one large coffee stain came back in the living room after the carpet dried. The other rooms turned out well. thanks.
Gabriel did an amazing job! He walked each room with us before starting and didn’t make us feel rushed. He made sure to understand where our area of concerns were. Then after he was done he walked every room with us again. He made sure that we were happy with the work before he left. He was polite and did a great job!

Customer service is excellent. The person taking my order was very patient and happily explained everything to me. When I had to change the date of my service, that customer service rep was very nice as well.
Jamaal Arrington serviced the carpet. He was friendly and patiently explained how he was going to clean the carpet, as we had never used Zerorez before. He even repeated it for my husband, who had been out of the room. Jamaal was knowledgeable about the products and services and didn't mind us asking questions at all. It was a very pleasant experience. And our old dirty carpet was cleaned very well -- Jamaal was able to clean up a grease/oil stain almost completely that we never thought would come up!
In this day and age with minimal-to-no customer service, it was quite wonderful to have such great customer service all the way around. Thank you!

Our technicians were outstanding! Very courteous and helpful. They answered all our questions. Also, they were very careful to make sure all our furniture was protected. We have had our carpets cleaned before using other companies and with the Zerorez process our carpets have never looked better. We will continue using Zerorez.

Always do a great job!! Franky was an absolute awesome tech. I thought he was extraordinarily professional. There was a problem with a Zerorez appointment last week and our appointment was missed. Cesar called to apologize and rescheduled our appointment. Now, this is customer service. Had Cesar not called us back we would have gone forward with another carpet cleaning business, for good. Excellent move not to lose a long-term customer!!
