The technician broke a hole in our ceiling and it is going to be very difficult to repair, as our ceilings are over 25 feet high. We have been trying to coordinate with a representative to resolve this matter and after telling him we would call him back when we weren't in meetings, he kept calling us both and saying "no one would answer." We weren't trying to avoid him, we were genuinely busy and just found it odd that he couldn't understand we could not physically talk during the times he called. Eventually we came to an agreement to have a contractor of Zerorez's choosing to come take care of the repairs.
As far as the actual cleaning - I found chunks of dirt spread everywhere in each of the rooms that had the vents cleaned. Even though we paid for all the vents to be cleaned, there were still dirty vents remaining in some of the rooms. I had to get all the crusty dirt off appliances, carpet, and bedroom furniture in several of our rooms, even though we were told that there would be no debris escaping from the vents. I am afraid that if I ask them to complete the job, there will just be more damage and dirt spread around our home, which is really not worth the hassle. I do not think this job was worth what we paid, and am hoping to get at least a partial refund for an incomplete job and inconveniences caused.

This is the first time using Zerorez. The quality of the service was excellent. The price was very fair. I would definitely refer to friends/family.
He did an amazing job
Most of our tile grout came out great, but there were still some stubborn spots which did not come clean. Granted, this was the first real tile cleaning we’ve had, but I would have preferred that the technicians gave me a more realistic expectation of the results. Also, the cost seemed very high compared to what I paid your company for a carpet cleaning that took roughly the fame amount of time. This was a fairly large area ( about 500 sq ft), but I also expected them to measure for accuracy. $875 plus tax for the job seems very high.
