The people were pleasant and professional starting with the person who answered the phone to the technician that came out and cleaned our carpets. They were a delight to work with and the results were stunning.
This is the fourth time that I have used Zerorez and as usual they did a terrific job of cleaning my carpets. My carpets look like new even though they are 20 years old. I recommend Zerorez to friends all the time.

There were issues with scheduling the first time we ever used Zeroez. Also, the smell was not gone from my sons room.
Zeroez made called me and rescheduled. This time with out issues and the smell is gone!

My technician was very knowledgeable about rhe serve service. He was quick and professional. I would highly recommend him for my future service.
He did a pretty good job but i did see a couple of stains after carpet dried.
"Frankie," the service rep, did an excellent job explaining his approach to the problem and why such measures were warranted. We were amazed at the results. The carpet, which had been looking poorly (we were thinking of replacing it) looks new again!
My carpets were really cleaned and Devin did a superb job. I will call again when’re I need carpets cleaned.
