I have utilized your services several times and each time, the end result is amazing! All of the technician's have been very professional and efficient. I have recommended Zerorez to my friends and family. From what I have heard, they have had a very positive experience as well!
The tech did a great job cleaning the carpet and tile. He explained the process and issues.
There was a significant delay getting to us for our 5-7pm appt. I think he didn't arrive until after 8pm. I was called in advance to let me know he was running late.
We're pleased with his work.
The service was stellar! The carpet looks great and Jemal was awesome. He thoroughly explain each and every step during the cleaning process and asked me if I had in questions. He was very professional and represented the company well. I will definitely be calling Zerorez again and recommending the company to my friends.
Our upstairs carpeted area hallway was a mess with our pets. I didn't think it could be cleaned. Zerorez left it looking like new.
Friendly and knowledgeable techs
was very disappointed(this was my third time using this service)and don,t understand what happened? after first clean carpet had spots still in it. cleaned second time is fairly accepted. we mostly had traffic areas as we are senior citizens and have no pets or young grandkids

Got 19 year old pet stained carpet clean beyond expectations
Mr Finley was very knowledgeable of products and procedures. Did a demonstration of procedure before he started to show us how your procedure works. I am more convinced now that it is dry. I can really see the difference. The carpet feels softer. I appreciate the environmental process; zero residue lives up to it's name. The ceramic tile looks great also. On time and professional in mannerisms. Thanks for the experience. Will definitely recommend you to my friends.

i thought i was going to have to get new carpet but after it was cleaned by zerorez
it was almost as good as new .
Blood stains reappeared the next day. Apparently enough time was not spent on the stains because you had previously removed blood stains that did not reappear that had been unattended for over a week.
I appreciated the technician not charging me for the sofa cleaning when he couldn't get the stains out completely.

You are flexible. I had to cancel our first appointment this past week due to a conflict with a house showing, and you let me do so without penalty. You were able to get a spot out of our upstairs carpet I didn't think would come out. I had used a spot cleaner and actually made that area worse. It was a real eye sore. Thanks much to you and your technician!!!! And I of course very much like the fact you are not putting soaps into my carpet. In the past, I've had exactly the problem your advertisements talk about .......... Dirty carpet areas treated with soaps or chemicals come back with a vengeance. That has not happened here, and you are the only service we have used to clean this carpet. Thank you Zerorez!!!!
Well, the tech did a good job cleaning our carpets!
My unhappiness comes from using a gallon of solution on each spot. I had three spots, so that was 3 gallons of solution. One of the reason I have usd Zerorez was because of ads that you were a green company. This doesn't sound green to me. The other kicker was being charged $75 a gallon - for each spot. $225 adds a chunk to the bottom line.
I did not complain to the tech. I don't t think he sets the prices. My carpets were clean...just more costly than I expected. I had spots in the past, but have no memory of the charge and amount of solution used...but it was reasonable.
Job well done and the price
I like the fact that there is no soap involved, no sticky residue left in the carpet. It dries quickly with no odors--just a clean fresh smell.
