We love Zerorez! We had totally given up on our carpet. We didn't think anyone could get it clean. Your representative came and explained the process thoroughly and then showed me on a small section how it would look after the treatment. I was absolutely amazed! Thank you so much and I will be calling you every time I need my carpet cleaned!
I would recommend to friends only because of technician. He was great! Did not get call 24 hours in advance. I had to call the morning of to get a time.

I like the double carpet roller he used to help lift the dirt from the bottom to the top before he cleaned it. He went "above and beyond" and cleaned the "rough" places twice to make sure they got clean. I like that Jaylon had me inspect each area before he moved on. I was able to verify it was cleaned to my satisfaction. He also did a good job showing and explaining to me what he planned to do and finished doing.
You have cleaned our carpets many times before, but this person really worked hard to do a good job. I told him I was not happy with our last cleaning. My husband had a heart attack and I was not able to have you come out and reclean until my husband was stabilized. He listened to my concerns and then worked extra hard to make sure everything got "super" clean.
I am now having an estimate for my a/c duct cleaning. I am also considering buying the air vent filters. I also purchased a mop kit. It is not just the ":great" product that creates a loyal customer, it is the connection your salesman establishes. This person worked really hard to make sure I was happy with your service/product. He deserves a raise.

It pulled some stains up I did not have before. The carpet actually looked worse. We went and bought rugs to cover our carpet before a graduation party. I do not know what can be done.
