The construction dust came off the areas that the technician retreated. I would like a refund for the large living room area that I had to clean myself before the homeowners furniture arrived on the Monday after the original treatment.
Also, even though I called and reminded the dispatch, the technician didn't clean the master closet carpets. I really need that done as soon as possible. Please contact me at Phone number removed.

When you make a mistake , even if it was not controllable, you correct it ASAP!
I had that issue recently, and once I explained my timing issue, that their “broken down truck “ caused, they remedied it quickly.

Carpet cleaning was great, but I am really frustrated that after buying a Healthway air purifier from your company last year, I was not able to get an appointment to get the air filters replaced because the scheduler said they only would come out after a year, so I am stuck not being able to use it since the filter lights are both on.

Not work your techs so much. I was his last appointment and he was tired...he DID NOT say that, but I could tell.
In the future, please have your folks on the phone tell people that no stains will be removed. I am very surprised I was not alerted to that fact before the nice young man came out and said it would be an additional $300+ to get rid of the TT odor. 5 gallons so I waived it due to the additional cost.
In closing, I found out through the first email that I had walked through and inspected everything. He did tell me to keep it cool so the carpet would finish drying. I keep it very cool in this house and the carpet still felt moist first thing this morning.

Appointment was 1Phone number removed. Tech showed up 2000 after lying and said he had been at the service location at 1800. I was at the service location from 1300 until tech finally finished. No one knocked or rang the door bell.
