After the carpetdried in one of the rooms we spots and shadows where furniture and a desk was located. Pre-spotting in all rooms would be best.

My carpets look amazing after you clean them. This time I had some pet issues that I was afraid would not come out. Our technician took the time to get these spots AND any odors out. I couldn't be more happy!
