I like that the carpet was cleaned. The technicians worked very hard to get out my daughter's lipstick stains, mud and pet stains. They were committed to getting my carpets clean, which I sincerely appreciated.
I was disappointed that the information on the cost of the pet cleaning solutions wasn't shared upfront, when I made the appointment. I went from thinking I was spending roughly $350 to spending over $1100. Roughly 3x more than I thought I would be spending. That's being dishonest by omission. It was sickening because I was committed, and I didn't have time to research other options.
I will absolutely recommend you, but I will also share the pricing surprise, because real people need to budget for this stuff.
The service technician was professional and knowledgeable of the service and did a great job.
This was the first time I used Zerorez. Corey the tech was very polite and did a thorough job cleaning the living room carpet. Even though, we had an issue with the stairs taking too long to dry after the cleaning, Zerorez was quick to come back and correct the issue. Corey came back and a manager was very apologetic. The stair carpeting looks brand new.

The same stains and marks are still on the carpet. It's like nothing was ever done. Some of the stains are in walking areas - so it's not food or chemical stains - just normal walking dirtiness.
I really could not tell a difference from the before and after cleaning. Not sure what could have been done differently.
