The service tech was extremely professional and did a great job !
I was weary that Zerorez would be like other carpet cleaning companies I have used. We have dealt with a high traffic area in our living room and other carpet cleaners were not able to minimize the carpet discoloration in the traffic area. Zerorez asked if we were interested in doing the Zerorez challenge. I was up for anything to try and get this area clean. After doing the challenge this high traffic area was about 90% better. I will never use another carpet cleaning company again and have already recommended them to friends as well as shared the before and after pics I took.
I thing it was very good. And thank you
The carpets looked great after the technician was finished.

Excellent service
Knowledgeable, courteous and on time
Cleaning just did not remove the stains I primarily had the carprt cleaned to remove. Afterwards did my own cleaning and got most of the stains out.
On time, good cleaning, house smelt better
Instead of charging per 200sq ft for each room, charge by the sq footage regardless of how many rooms it is.
You try to make things right if there is a problem
I was hard to reach at home and I neglected to give my cell number. After listening to my voicemails, I was impressed with the number of times the office & tech tried to contact me for confirmation of my appointment. Secondly, I was pleased with the technician professionalism, the pre-treatment of high traffic areas, and the final result. However, because I did not point out a small area that I thought he knew to clean it was not done. I did not notice it during my final walk-through. I charge this one to me. But all in all, I was completely satisfied.
Technician was professional and friendly. Very satisfied with his work.
Extremely

No soap residue.
Thorough
We have had our carpet for 20 years. We have a non-profit online bookstore in our home with 38 bookcases full of books that can't be moved. So the carpet needs to last 10 more years. There is a lot of traffic in our house plus dust from books. Every time Zerorez cleans it, it looks almost new again. It's amazing! And usually it is about a year until we need to do it again. When volunteers and church members come and notice the new look, we brag on Zerorez. We even got our church to use it. We are happy repeat customers. Lauralee for Heart for Ethiopia
My technician was thorough and prompt.
The crew was friendly and professional. It's the value of the service I have a problem with. I paid $140 dollars for a water treatment. It didn't even get the dog pee spots from the previous occupants out of the carpet. If I wanted any real cleaning done it was going to be an extra 60 dollars. If I had used a different company who uses chemicals those spots would be taken care of. The guys were in and out in 30 minutes because the rooms were completely empty, and pre-vaccumed as is required to have the service performed. For $140 the guys should move furniture, vacuum, and clean the carpets. To me the service is worth about $60 dollars. So I paid double, plus tax, and the "environmental fee" which I don't understand because it's just water with half a dog pee stain in it. Just flush it down the toilet.
How can you make it right? Refund the extra 60 bucks.
You put in the time to try to actually fix problems

No chemicals, quick, easy, huge difference in carpet, tile, and grout
