The technician was very polite and did an outstanding job. My carpet looks great.
This time I liked that I could make an appointment online and schedule it for the day of the week I wanted it done (which was the following week from when I scheduled it). In the past, I have not been able to get a date as early as I needed one.
MIchael did a great job and was nice and helpful. The only thing I noticed after he left was that he did not move the ottomon in the back room and clean under it. Since our ottomon is on wheels, I didn't think I would need to ask him to clean under it. Everything else was done to our satisfaction.
The cleaning was amazing! I can’t believe how good my carpet looks.
They were supposed to do the tile in my kitchen. I was not home but I had my mother here and she was not aware that they were supposed to do the tile.
Well I was promised that the tiles would be cleaned and included in the price but they didn’t clean or offer to clean the tiles. Bait and switch..
Kadeem was careful with the baseboards and very thorough with cleaning.
I especially like the new 2nd step that utilized a brush machine that loosened the dirt before using the strong vacuum (final step)
Probably the best technician that has cleaned my carpet in 10yrs!

I have been using Zerorez over 5 years great product and professional people.
They did a great job on my carpet and tile.
Carpet won't continue to attract dirt because of residue and easy scheduling.

I like that no chemicals are used on the carpet and you arrived promptly. Also, our tile grout has never looked better. Beautiful job!

Fabian was fabulous! Great customer service skills & very knowledgeable. Has been with company for a long time and took pride in his work. He was training someone the day he cleaned my carpets & as a former customer service trainer for a large company I was impressed with his skills in that area as well. I still have not received my receipt. The young man who cleaned the carpet was polite and arrived in time but he did not move any of the furniture. I had to point out the need to move the night stands in the master bedroom. He readdressed the closets after I asked but I could hardly tell they had been cleaned. After he left I noticed a corner in my office was totally untouched. I was a repeat customer but will not be using Zerorez again.

Thank you ( on third return ) for getting the brownish spots out that weren't there before. Why didn't tech use the oxidizing agent the first time? But all is well now.
Our technician was very thorough and efficient with his time. He was also very understanding of some other activities we had going on (furniture moving, etc.). We were pleased with the end result - no chemical smell, thorough cleaning.
