I was told one price via phone and I was told also that I was receive a phone call proud to the technician showing up because I was at work and someone else was here to observe or be old enough so that the technician can perform his job also I was told that the technician was going to do a walk-through and contact me before he start that's supposed to which room I want it done I didn't receive a call as a customer at all until it was time to pay the technician stated that he did my entire house and it stated me $100 more then what I was told I'm very upset about it because I decided to use you guys service again and it turned out to be another worst experience so instead of granting me what was told by the salesman via phone I had to pay and wait till the next business day to speak to a manager about the situation not fair to me as a customer

Technicians quoted one price prior to starting job which I agreed to. At the end of the service I was informed that the total would be $400 more as he neglected to add in the sofa cleaning in the original price quote. Please make sure the techs convey the correct amount prior to beginning work. Thank you

Representative understood our problem and was very polite and kind. Our carpet looks much better and the bad odor is gone. A huge improvement!
We were not notified that our rug was ready. After waiting for more than 3 weeks, my husband phoned your location. But the person who answered his call couldn't find our information on her computer. I expected a more professional service after paying $950 to get our rug cleaned!

I thought Anthony did an excellent job. He told me up front what to expect in cost and results. The company did not have a means of showing a full itemized bill before I paid. I was given verbal costs that matched what I paid. An email that was itemized came later and matched what was done, I would have liked to have had a visual bill to look at when I paid. Otherwise I would give the services a 10. The carpets dried quickly and Anthony helped me move furniture that was in the middle of the room.
I paid extra for pet stain and odor removal. A LOT extra. Sadly, now it smells like musty cat pee. I used a different place before, and paid less than half of what this cost, and it removed all the way to the padding.
The gentleman that cane out was wonderful, very professional, but was hoping my issue would be better rectified
