Carpets do not look clean and slight smell with Flash Pet Treatment. I am not going to pay $60 per gallon for some other treatment when it should be included in your price. They said I needed 7 gallons ($420) for one room.... crazy. $176.45 for 2 bedrooms is already ridiculous. I am replacing the remaining 2 rooms of carpet with wood so I don't have to deal with this anymore. I got the same results with a regular Bissell carpet cleaner that cost less than this cleaning.
He did a very good job in cleaning our carpets last week. We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
Clint did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We love the way our carpets turned out when he was finished with his work. He did an outstanding job my rating has nothing to do with his outstanding work Clint gets a 10! The reason I rated the full and complete overall service as a seven was because you only sent a single person instead of a two man crew correction two person crew and therefore the one person could not move objects in the room he was quite limited to doing many things on his own so your company policy of sending a single individual out on jobs is wrong in my opinion. So, I’m rating your company with the lower score and not the individual who did an excellent job on my carpet.

I wanted to write and tell you about the service that was provided to me by zero rez. I want to say that Jeff Krewson was awesome. I was a little skeptical at first for calling zero rez but after dealing with Jeff I felt that he was a expert in his profession and that I can trust him.
He was able to explain in full detail of all his tools and his services that they provide and what he felt would make the largest impact for us. My carpet is clean, my tile is too, and I am so gad that he was able to get the odor out of the carpets.

Moving into a new home that is only 2 years old. I had heard that zerorez would restore carpets & bring back to life. Since they're bit very old, so I had high hopes. They are cleaner but traffic patterns remain & not "fluffy' like I had imagined. out was supposed to be dry in 4 hours. It was still wet at 9pm (cleaning was complete around 10am) Also, the house smelled nice before but now smells musty. I've never had carpets cleaned before so I don't have anything to compare to but just thought out would turn out nicer.

Based on my experience in February I was ready to call it quits with Zerorez. Technician Terrance came out this past Saturday to make things right and he totally exceeded my expectations. I will give Zerorez another chance based on my experience with Terrance. He is awesome and has the best customer service skills.
I’m still waiting on my promotional gift card from the February visit. It’s been about 6 weeks and still haven’t received it.

How clean the carpets felt after they were cleaned
I was not given an accurate quote on the phone as the hallway was apparently left out. I was very surprised that a small hallway with no stains added $50 to the bill. Also, we moved all the items we could from the floor and after our technician left, I noticed two areas where we missed picking up small items ( a cd player and a backpack) and the tech did not bother to pick them up and move them. It looks like he just cleaned around it and these would have been very easy to pick up. it was dissappointing to me.
I had some difficulty getting the appointment, but Scotty did the service and he was terrific! Martin at your office was a big help in getting things straightened out about the appointment. They are the best!
Technician was very professional and thorough. Made appropriate recommendations for pet urine smell/stains in carpet. House was left smelling clean and fresh. Carpets dried quickly and never looked wet.

Make everything clear on the phone when giving appointment:
Say that moving furniture is an additional cost. Don't say can you help moving furniture.
Say Stairs cost is additional $60 min. specially when you have been made aware that it's a two storey house.
Say, careful when tile cleaning as it could be very slippery and should avoid walking in area until after it's dry.
Technician did a good job and was very professional. Don't put them in a negotiating situation, it distracts them from their main function.
You have always done an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. Service people always polite and knowledgeable. I won't use anyone else.
The technician was very nice. However, what I requested, the cost I was quoted and what we got were two completely different things. I told your phone coordinator we had a 9x11 rug that needed pet treatment. The tech said he only had a gallon of pet treatment and it was for spot treating. We could not (and did not use on the entire rug). He also determined our synthetic rug was natural because it did not have plastic on the backing???? Anyway, rug is better than it was but we paid over 2x's what we expected. Either the tech is supposed to up sell us, or your phone screeners don't know what they are talking about. This is the first time we have used you. I would hesitate to call again.
I was very pleased with the young man who came to clean the carpet. He was very personable and thorough. I think he deserves a raise. He was ahead of schedule as well. Made me very happy. That may have been the best that could have happened that weekend.
The customer service was outstanding. Charles was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs in the future.
