I was under the impression that it would be no residual dirt left. I have filled 2 vaccum containers of pet hair and dirt after the carpet dried. So ZEROREZ was not a good experience for me. Also I can still see dark foot tracks around.

I liked that the carpet was not too wet after it was cleaned. It dried quickly and most all spots came out.

My sister in law recommended Zerorez as she is a repeat customer. We had our carpets cleaned on 6/14/18 at 6pm. As of the morning of 6/16/18 the carpets were still damp and would make your feet wet if you stood in place for too long. I thought maybe vacuuming with my personal vacuum would help the carpet lay down some and maybe hide some of the stains that the cleaning seemed to accentuate. However the carpet was still much to wet to vacuum and it just looked worse.

Our experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic. It was so easy to call in and get an appointment. They were extremely helpful and kind. They informed me 30 minutes before they reached our home which was very nice. Darwin the technician was fantastic he came into the home and ask all the right questions of what we were needing to make sure that he did the job to our expectations. The wonderful thing is that he exceeded our expectations. Our carpet looks new and made the house smell and feel wonderful. The price was also fantastic. I will only use the Zerorez!

I was impressed with the cleaning method. . I like the fact there is no soap residue which I know attracts dirt so I am hoping it stays clean longer. I do have a pet urine problem and the technician was very honest about the pre treatment options. The option that gets down to the pad would not be cost effective. I will have to see how the surface treatment works out. The carpet does look very nice and clean.

I have a home carpet cleaner that cleans carpet and tile. I wanted a professional job. The technician was extremely professional and conscientious of being in my home and my satisfaction.

Today the carpet felt stiff. The tile looked dull. I got my home carpet cleaner out and cleaned the small area of tile cleaned and the water was dingy! I'm taking a break but will do the carpet next. The water being vacuumed into the reservoir as I was cleaning the tile had suds! I thought this was a "clean water" process. The technician mentioned orange peel because I asked about the process. That equals sugar and acid. Acid strips the sheen on the tile and sugar attracts dirt.

You kept me apprised of the service technicians arrival time and he was on time. Tyler was very professional, explained the options for some difficult areas that needed cleaning, efficiently went about his work, completed the job in a timely manner, and walked me through what he had done when he was finished. He was polite and informative throughout his time at my home. Job well done Tyler!

I like the results of the carpet and tile cleaning. Also Joe was professional and got the work done promptly. I have and will recommend Zerorez to friends.

Tile area was left with streaks after completion of cleaning. Not acceptable. Will be calling for redo.

Alvin was great. Did a thorough job, didn’t rush, took his time. We were in the last day of completing the final phase of our home sale obligation. I scheduled 3weeks ahead of the final day, asked for a morning appointment, confirmed 11-1 the night before, got a call it was going to be late, then another call that it was going to be another 30 minutes. As we were waiting on this final step, it was disappointing. But then Alvin showed up and he did a phenomenal job with a smile. 5 stars for Alvin, 2 stars for the scheduler.

We are extremely disappointed with the carpet cleaning done for 6 rooms. We see many visible of areas where we see the carpet not cleaned properly, where the technician should have cleaned. There were small black particles, few tooth picks and paper clips found on the carpet which was cleaned!!! We think the technician was inexperienced, and relatively new to carpet cleaning. The appointment was at 5pm on Thursday, may be this is another reason for not getting the expected results. I local carpet cleaning guy delivered better job on a carpet at my rental property which was worse condition. For my primary residence, I wanted better results, and I did not get it.

Still have spots that didn’t come clean. Plus closet carpet looks the same. Still trying to clean my wood floors from water drops and dirt tracking through them.

Your Service tech was prompt, friendly and efficient. The cleaning was amazing. I despaired of ever seeing the spots in my carpet gone, but they were!! Your telephone service was also great, with clear pricing information, courteous answers to questions and a friendly voice on the phone. The appointment was set up to my schedule, very quickly.
