This cleaning was a redo as we were not satisfied with our first cleaning. However this time we were very happy with our tech and the job he did on our carpet and how well he explained all the procedures and products. He won us over and we’d be happy to use zerorez again in the future.

A good job getting out most of the stains, but some he did not get out and the carpet is only about 5 years old.
Everyone I interacted with at Zerorez was professional, courteous and my carpet looks fabulously GREAT! I had two, back to back, experiences with carpet cleaning services before calling Zerorez. Initially, I felt like their prices were a little high so decided to go the 'cheaper route!' But after trying for 5 weeks to get my carpets cleaned, I called Zerorez! The 'cheaper route' ended up costing me time and money...still trying to get my money back from one purchased through Groupon! Not to mention a lot of headaches and frustration! Trust me $20 more is worth it. I couldn't have had a better experience!
