The gentlemen named Boston who came and performed the cleaning was Great!
He explained everything, asked if I had any questions and did a fabulous job. He went right to work after giving me information and answering any of my questions. Zero Rez is fortunate to have Boston represent them. I choose Zero Rez because I want clean, professional work with no chemicals. I've always been satisfied.

I like the cleaning without all the chemicals. Also, my technician provided a lot of useful information about indoor environmental health.
Everything from beginning to end was excellent. The tech was very knowledgeable, pleasant, explaining the process through each step. I was able to actually see all of the dirt and debris that was being cleaned from the carpets and I like the chemical free products that were used.
My carpets looked great when completed. Will definetly use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

I think some of the areas of carpet could have been cleaned a little better even without "spot" cleaning service. I have had the carpets cleaned before with a different company and there were less spots left after they were done.

No chemicals except spot remover
The service gentleman was over an hour late. When called to see where he was, I was told he would be 15 mins behind at one time, an additional 10 another time, but it ended up being 1hr 15mins. He actually had car issues, but the reps failed to mention this. In addition to this, he did not have the correct order when he arrived, which required me to call in and discuss the order again. The poor communication could have made for a much more pleasant experience for all.
My carpet still smells bad after 2 cleanings

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals, your technician showed up on time, I received confirmation of my appointment and a call 30 minutes prior to arrival, the knowledge, efficiency and courtesy of the technician. Gabriel did an excellent job. He explained all charges, how he would be cleaning and then did a walk through with me when done to ensure I was satisfied. He answered all my questions. My tile and carpet look and feel like new.

Have your technicians leave water hoses the way they found them when they went to use them, rolled up.
The fact that no soap residue is left after cleaning carpet and upholstery. Does not stay very wet. Excellent service by Edwin Garza.
The technician was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to me and did what he could to help get the smell out. He spent quite a bit of time on the closet trying to remove the smell but unfortunately the carpet still smells like urine.
Without exception, the staff have always been very knowledgeable and professional. And the end result is awesome!
