We enjoyed the services, everything went great. But the men that changed our carpet dumped chemicals on our grass, and now the patch is dead. Please advise them not to do this to future clients. Thank you!
Jamal did a fabulous job, had many dirty spots and he was able to ge5 all clean. Was thinking we need to replace carpet but he made it look so good, we can put that off for a few more years. Thanks Jamal!

Initial quote for cleaning was $117 from website. After evaluating 3 rooms cleaner had a quite over $700 for cleaning deodorizing and protecting 3 rooms with a flash treatment in one area. I declined some of that. I still wound up paying almost $600 for the three rooms and the flash treatment was supposed to be a deep cleaning to discourage dogs from returning to same spot. The dogs returned to that spot the next day. I feel like the extra money for that treatment was not effective. Also not sure the extra $180 for deodorizing and protecting the two secondary rooms was not worth it. My mistake to authorize it but I won’t be using your company again.
The technician, Tyler, was very thorough and did work professionally. However I feel that the cleaning method did not get small spots out of the carpet that a spray from a bottle bought at the grocery store does. Sorry but I'm not the happiest of campers and I was thinking of sending Jody Dean a short note.

I was absolutely blown away at how good my carpet looked after cleaning by Clint with Zerorez!!
I had tried several other companies and was thinking about replacing my carpet but decided to try Zerorez, after hearing and seeing radio and TV ads, and am I glad I did! It looks amazing! I couldn't be more pleased. I added the Fiber Protectant and it works! My cat already threw up on it and it wiped up with a damp rag with no stain!! So glad I found Zerorez!
Satisfaction warranty.
Products have no "scent" - which is very good for anyone with allergies. Also, technician very professional - did his job well - had me check things out to my satisfaction.

My service technician, Finley was very courteuos & friendly. I had carpets cleaned by Zerorez at another location 2 days before. I had asked about having my tile cleaned & the tech said that there wasn't a special or offer on that. I asked Finley & he shared a whole different perspective. I found it very interesting to compare the service that I received at my own home & then again at the second location where I had my carpets cleaned. Two very different experiences!! I am still interested in having my tile cleaned & would like to have Finley clean them for me if possible.

Zerorez kept me informed when the technician would arrive. When Paul the technician arrived he was pleasant and did a very thorough job cleaning my bedroom carpet and tile floor in my bathroom. I wasn't sure if they would be able to clean completely the heavily walked area in the bedroom, but I was very pleased with the results.
Paul mentioned one machine that was new to the company that he used on the carpet really took up a lot soil before the real cleaning.
I would highly recommend Zerorez.
The services are a little pricey but absolutely awesome. Loved the results of the floor and carpet. To get the results I received with no harmful products was to wonderful for words. The marble and tile floors were sparkling and the carpet was like new. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone, it is simply wonderful and thanks for the awesome service. The service technician was friendly, professional, on time and did an awesome job.
