I am not happy with the tile cleaning and sealing. I have already contacted the office and they have scheduled a visit.
First I want to stress how Keith came out and serviced our house and did an exceptional job!! My disappointment stems from listening to your radio advertisements and felt that I was over sold based on our results.

The tech was really friendly showed up on time and did a great job. My carpet looks fantastic. I had tile that we thought was beige turns out it was white. Very satisfied would use Zerorez again.
Zeroes uses only water to clean the carpet and it dries relatively faster than using the detergent or shampoo. It doesn’t have the strong chemical smell either.
Brand new tech did a great job.

You dont use any harsh chemicals to clean the carpet.

Jaylon was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and tile.
The service was prompt and the service guy was excellent. He explained in detail everything he was going to do and he did a great job cleaning the floors.
Your tech who came out seemed to work harder at avoiding work than doing a good job. He constantly complained about his hurt foot & did nothing but try to hard sell products to the point of becoming uncomfortable. All that was needed was deodorizing & vacuuming which he stated that zerorez does not do anything about odor & he was just there to vacuum.
