We had to call back for a retreatment because the coffee stain reappeared when the carpet was dry the next day

Anthony did a wonderful job explaining everything he was doing and why. He said that his main concern was that I was happy with his work and if I needed anything else to let him know. He moved furniture and put it back at no charge.

Technician was friendly and efficient. However, he told me customer service would be contacting me regarding a piece of grout that was broken off by him and they never did. Technician also told me he was going to leave me with cleaning solution and he did not.

Clean job
Our technician was very friendly and seemed to try his hardest. However, after the carpet was done there were still spots. Him and I were literally on the ground scrubbing with my carpet cleaner and they were coming out. I have had carpet cleaned at least 10 times before and every time it has come out looking new, it was not any more dirty than I would expect from your average customer. A small spot also turned into a huge spot and we had to have the carpet cut out and replaced.
