Paul was great! I have my carpets cleaned a couple times a year but this was the first time using Zerorez. Paul took his time and made my 8yr old carpet look new! Never using another company again!

Professional, no chemicals
Stains and high traffic areas are still apparent. Over charged for an area - one room was larger than 200 sqft but it certainly wasn't 400 sqft so I was charged for 2 rooms and charged an additional fee for a small breeze way. I counted the 3 small breezeways as a room part of the sqft but he still up-charged me. I don't think that's good customer service or business, I feel like I was ripped off and nickel and dime. I also sent a more detailed text in regards to this.
Environmentally safe and effective system for cleaning carpets. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Rep professional, courteous, cleaned carpet areas well. We had a room with ink spots and we were greatly appreciative that your product removed the ink.
The carpet looked (and felt) like new again. And the young man that came out and did the work was one of the nicest and most considerate workers we've ever had in our home!

Did an awesome job on my hard wood floors. Darwin was personable and very friendly and accommodating. Great person.
My technician was awesome! He gave the best customer service. My floors looked clean -- like new. I think my former renter used a person with a carpet steamer to clean the carpet. He said it was full of soap. NOW my carpet is like new. THANK YOU. I can now put my house on the market. X0X0X0. ANgela
