Great service and great results. Admittedly, we had not had our carpet professionally cleaned in its 10 years. (Gross, I know). We were about to buy new carpet due to the darkened appearance. We have always been good about vacuuming and really didn't have any stains, but there was a visible path of wear across the room that looked pretty filthy. We decided to try zerorez (have been hearing about it on the radio for years) and are very satisfied with the results. Carpet feels soft and looks almost new again. It feels very clean and we are very happy with the outcome. We won't wait so long next time! Thanks for buying us some time, saving us money and bringing our carpet back to life.

Even in a rental with NO electricity and all this early summer heat, the ZeroRez tech was polite, fast &* efficient, while being thorough with the cleaning process. I will ask for him next time I need service with my carpets...

Tom Anderson did our carpets and tile. He took Extra Care to get out stains and to get everything clean. We have really old carpets but he did a great job making them look almost new again. We like the fact that there's not a residue left on top of the carpets but all the dirt and grime is drawn out. The carpets seem to stay clean longer.

Dependability, products, professional technician and good service.

Made a reservation for 10-12 and someone finally showed up at 2. We did get calls with updates but the delays but we had plans we had to delay. The service was great and we loved our carpet's...just not the delay.
