Stains were not effectively removed after two visits

We had about 300 sq feet of travertine/natural stone tile cleaned and we absolutely were amazed at how dirty the floor was! The before and after was unbelievable. Highly recommend Zerorez if you have tile/grout that needs to be cleaned. The technician that came out was very professional and neat.

Cleans well, not too wet
Show up on time- within the time window that was given. Window was 10-noon and they did not show up until almost 1. Almost an hour later than the time frame given.
Everything else was great- the technician was very helpful, polite and friendly!
You didn’t disappoint me per se...I know my carpets are sanitized but most of the dark places and spots are still in the bedrooms. Just wondering if I actually needed more chemicals to get them looking cleaner.

Prompt and professional and helpfull
The gentleman that did the cleaning was kind. However, the stain did not hardly come out at all. Not sure if he could have worked on it more or what, but we are not happy with how little it came out. It was a new stain and should have come out with treatment.

Desmond was GREAT! He explained the options for cleaning the carpet from basic to "put a bandaid on it," to a full deep cleaning; the costs for each and the benefits of going with the deep cleaning. He proceeded to do his work efficiently and expeditiously. He's a genuinely good guy and I liked having him as our technician; so much so, that when we have the ceramic tile cleaned, I will ask for him by name. Thanks.
