The service tech was very respectful from entry in my home, and then moving around my home. He was courteous and took the time to explain the procedure and gave me insight as to my responsibility after the cleaning. This was my first of many more uses of Zerorez, thanks to KLTY for introducing me. The carpet looks and smells wonderful.
My only complaint if that the estimate over the phone was wildly different than what the technician quoted. I want to have at least a good idea of costs prior. I don’t want to plan for $200 after being told over the phone that a $75 gallon of pet solution will usually be enough to cover a single room only to find out that my small room will require 6 gallons. I understand details can only be discovered on premises but that’s s significant difference. In general, I cannot get a handle on your costs which I why I call to schedule appointments less than what I would like if I could know/get consistent costs.

George was really polite, fast & thorough. I will be calling again in the future. The only thing I will do is request more suction after the cleaning. (The carpet was still damp the next morning...)--BUT VERY CLEAN!

Most of the pet stains are gone and the stench went also. Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. He was upfront about the price and didn't spring any hidden fees on me. I appreciate the 30 day warranty and I'll be making an appointment for a stain that needs a second shot. Please and thank you. The knowledge and prefessionism of my tech! Not only did he do an amazing job, he was very knowledgeable and treated my carpet perfectly. I am getting ready to have twin girls and he has helped me relax knowing that my carpet has been cleaned and sanitized.
The carpets in the house I was leasing were old and worn, but the cleaning by Zerorez gave them the look of being much newer and the service was great. I would recommend it anyone .
Not necessarily disappointed just not “overwhelmed” . The carpet cleaning was good, removed the stain on stairway carpet= very good, tile cleaning was o.k., added cost during the service call was a disappointment. Overall service score= 6+

The technicians MUST introduce themselves by name when they arrive
The technicians do not seem to have much knowledge regarding pre-treating stains?
When the technician calls me in to approve of the carpet before they move on to the next room, they should go back over any spots I find rather than tell me "that is a permanent stain".
The technician should stick to the price the client is given by phone and have a clear outline of what Zerorez has previously agreed to clean.
