The service technician, Ricardo, arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do, and did an excellent job on our carpeting. He was very thorough and did a walk through with us before and after the process. We were very happy with the service we received and will most definitely be calling on Zerorez again in the future.
YOU are the ONLY carpet cleaner I use. Have used you many times and this last time was by far the BEST. Dalton was superb. He came in, didn't complain, was strong and very attentive to our needs. He also performed every task and didn't skip anything Several times I now know the techs have skipped a process. You are very fortunate to have an employee like DALTON.
