This is my first time to use ZeroRez. So far, I’m happy with the cleaning of my carpets, and furniture. Expensive tho. Not sure why since it’s steam cleaning with no additives.

The living room & dining room are still drying out after 26 hours. There are 4 smears on the carpet from 2 stains that were treated. The stains didn’t come out and they are now spread.
The bedroom and the kitchen are good.
The employee was very polite and friendly.

#1 - No nickel and diming - if I have spot cleaning you do not tell me it's another $25, etc. to treat that area. #2 - I love that you only use super heated steam. #3 - Jonathan was GREAT!

I think the cleaner could do a better job of spot cleaning. He couldn’t clean anything close to the wall or other spots that might need bending over to clean. The overall carpets look great but I had to go over spots with a white cloth and empowered water that I purchased from a prior cleaning. The prior carpet cleaning guy actually took a rag and tried to remove spots by hand.

Also I had to mop my floor after the tile cleaning because of the dried white residue left behind.

But again, other than that the carpets look much better!

Our carpets don't have hardly any traffic on them, except in our bedroom. We live alone and have no pets, and just had a few minor spots that didn't come out with your cleaning. We were able to get them out with very little effort with a can of spray rug cleaner. The stairs had a couple of spots on them that your man got out.
