Carpets and tile look and feel great
I didn’t like the upselling of the very expensive pet treatments but I don’t blame that on the tech. He’s just doing his job and it’s not his fault the treatments are so expensive. Other than that, I was extremely pleased. I loved that he used a machine to lift up the carpet fibers before cleaning. He was able to get parts of our recliner clean that even he thought might be impossible. Stains on the carpet that other companies weren’t able to get rid of were gone when he was done. The tech was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and fast.
Caesar did an exceptional job. We were very pleased.

Carpets look brand new
This my first time using Zerorez, although I have heard the commercials on the radio for years.
Jerret was awesome! He was very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I completely trusted him in my home. He was also early and offered to wait outside until the scheduled time, but it worked out perfectly because I had family in town for Thanksgiving and needed to meet them for a late lunch.
My carpets look amazing, and my kitchen tile and grout look so bright and new!

Feels like there is residue on my carpet and it took over 12 hours to dry
I have old carpet, 15 years, that had two big stains and numerous small ones. We were amazed at how good the carpet looks. We liked the fact that no chemicals were used. The team showed up in the time they said they would.

I like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used and the method of cleaning works really well. We have our carpets cleaned just before Thanksgiving each year and that makes for the start of a clean house for Christmas. Very good process.
